TRADEMARKS
These guidelines are for registered users of the timedright.com web site (the “TimedRightSite“) and other parties wishing to use TimedRight Inc.’s (“TimedRight“) trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress or images (“TimedRight Trademarks“).
TimedRightâ„¢ and all associated designs and logos are trademarks of TimedRight. All other product, brand and company names and logos used or mentioned on the TimedRight Site or any of the services made available by TimeRight (the “Services“) may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
TimedRight’s Trademarks are valuable assets. By using a TimedRight trademark, in whole or in part, you: (i) are acknowledging that TimedRight is the sole owner of the trademark and are (ii) promising that you will not interfere with TimedRight’s rights in the trademark (including challenging TimedRight’s use, registration of, or application to register such trademark, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world), and (iii) will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any TimedRight Trademark. The goodwill derived from using any part ofan TimedRight Trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to TimedRight. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise. Any use of any trademarks appearing on the TimedRight Site or any of the Services without the express written consent of the owner of the trademark is strictly prohibited.
COPYRIGHT POLICY AND PERMISSIONS
The TimedRight Site and related material, software, information, data and other content made available on a TimedRight Site (“Content“)are protected by copyright law. Copyright © 2007 TimedRight Inc. and its affiliated or related companies. Specific content such as articles, photos and images are subject to the copyright of their respective owners. All rights reserved. Unauthorized distribution, transmission or publication strictly prohibited.
TimedRight and/or its licensors grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display on your computer or other electronic access device, the Content available via the TimedRight Site for your own personal, private and non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the Content and that you maintain and do not remove or alter all copyright and other proprietary notices. Except as provided herein, you agree not to reproduce, make derivative works of, retransmit, distribute, sell, publish, communicate, broadcast or otherwise make available any of the Content obtained through the TimedRight Site, including without limitation, by caching, framing or similar means, without the prior written consent of the respective copyright owner of such Content.
Materials obtained through the TimedRight Site belong to the respective owners of such materials and are also protected by national and international intellectual property laws, conventions and treaties and may only be used for your personal non-commercial purposes, single copy only. TimedRight or their respective copyright owners may take appropriate legal action if there is any infringement of these rights.
All other rights are reserved, and commercial uses including publication, retransmission, broadcast, posting to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, circulation, selling, reproduction or redistribution in any medium are prohibited, except with the prior written approval of the copyright owner.
