Cardio365 Lipid Insight Program Contest Terms and Conditions

The Cardio365 Lipid Insight Program (the “Program”) is open to all Canadian residents who are physicians practicing in cardiology, lipidology, and/or endocrinology, over the age of 18, except for employees of TimedRight and their immediate family members.

How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

a. Complete the Cardio365 Lipid Insight Program Survey and provide a valid name and email address for honorarium delivery.
b. Indicate interest in receiving Cardio365 educational materials or event updates, and provide their full name in the corresponding survey field. Only participants who complete step (b) will be entered into the Contest draw.

Completing the survey alone qualifies participants for the $80 Amazon gift card honorarium, but does not automatically enter them into the Contest. Contest entry is optional, and is not required to receive the $80 honorarium.

Contest Period

The Contest will run until 11:59 p.m. ET on Mar 2, 2026, or until the target sample size of physicians has completed the survey, whichever occurs first (the “Contest Period”). For example, if the target sample size is reached on January 29, 2026, the Contest Period may close at that time.

Prizes

There are five (5) prizes available to be won: YETI tumblers featuring Cardio365 branding.

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Draw Date and Winner Notification

The draw for winners is targeted to be on, or about, Mar 3rd, 2026 at the latest. If the Contest Period is shortened, then TimedRight may hold the draw sooner and would notify winners accordingly.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning will be 1 in 15 or better.

Notifications to Winners

Winners will be emailed a Win Notification within 3 days of the draw, using the email address they provided in the survey. Winners are required to respond to this Win Notification email in order for TimedRight to confirm the winner and to provide the mailing details for their prize. Winners will need to respond to this confirmation email within 10 calendar days, or the win will expire and a new winner will be randomly chosen from the remaining participants who did not win.

General Conditions

By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless TimedRight, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from or in connection with the Contest or the prize awarded.

TimedRight reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Contest Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

TimedRight reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, for any reason, without notice.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will be subject to TimedRight’s privacy policy. (See https://www.timedright.com/legal/timedright-privacy-policy/)

These Contest Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
